Trying to lose weight help?

I'm a 24 year old male weighing 188lbs i'm 5'6 I want too get down too 140 I need some advice on what too eat I want too stick with it so it cant be major Vegetables only or soup crap I need a diet that i can stick with I'm used too eating Fast food everyday and pretty much addicted too carbohydrates. What is your advice how i can lose weight in about 3 months thank you. (All my fat is pretty much in my Stomach area and thighs I look skinny if you were too look at my legs and arms any exercises that help with losing fat in that area?)
