Computer not working. I have warrenty and a question?

Hye guys, before i make any calls i wanted to ask you people. My desktopgave me the blue screen and i cant turn it on. When i first got my pc itgave me the blue screen but then it was fine. I have a 1 year manufacture warrenty, should i take it to best buy where i got it from or call HP support?
