Is it worth transferring to a different college?

I go to a State University right now. Its not a bad school, i personally like it but i want to transfer to Kean University. See I commute two hours by train everyday, back and forth and i have classes five days a week. To tell you the truth its a pain commuting by train cause for some reason the train puts me to sleep and makes me really really lazy and gives me bad headaches. The college i go to is to much like high school and the students seem really lazy for some reason. There's students that actually sleep in commuters lounges and that is not college like. It shows pure laziness. The university that i go to seems boring and lacks the higher education. They don't seem to take there education seriously. They think its a joke. I want to major in psychology but go for my masters in it. One of the students thought i was stupid for making a suggestion on this essay and actually called me stupid and retard. Its horrible in my opinion and thats not what college is about. I'm not a good public speaker but i try my best and im practicing little by little.I think Kean is better for me anyway cause the commute is only 15 minutes and i think its better for me to pursue my major and graduate. Overall student life is probably a lot better and the classes are smaller. I think i would be better off there since its a private school.
