I need to devise a weight loss routine that will work?
You only want to lose 2-4 pounds a week. You need food to lose weight. If you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode, and conserve energy(fat). Drink lot's of water, and a low carb diet. Not no carbs. Eat 4-6 small meals a day. Get plenty of excercise...cardio is best. The real trick is to burn more calories than you consume. It's ok to be hungry, but eat reasonable portions, and take a multivitamin so you still get everything your body needs. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is to burn the fat off by burning more calories than you consume. Drastic weight loss is not healthy. You are too young to be trying ridiculous diets. Learn some discipline, and do it right, and you won't be fighting it all your life.
