Are there any little signs that your body shows that your going to go into labor?

there are different signs that labour has started, and every women is different - i hate saying this but you will know - its a different level of pain. "mother instinct" if you like kicks in and you will know. These contractions you are having every 5 minutes when they become intensified you will know. Some womens water breaks, it all depends really but just take it slow and dont ignore the signs if in doubt call your doctor.
