Standing at 5'7 I weigh 200 lbs which is insane! I can't believe I let myself go like this. I lay around all day long its 6:00 at night and I've been laying down for more than 24 hours I do this everyday everyweek. I just can't get myself to get up and run its like I already have it set in my mind that I'm not doing it. How do I change?
