My ex botfriend failed to return my two daughters on the shedule?

I live in texas and hye lives in florida. He has visitation rights witch he violated and so I went to florida to file an emergeny hearing and before I was able to his lawyer contacted me saying we had a court hearing the next day at 10am in witch I showed proof the he refused to bring the girls back on the date he was supposed to and on top of that he owes me 57 thousand in child support witch hasent been paid and the court gave him full custody saying the only way for me to regain custody is to move to florida. What did I do wrong to deserve such an harsh decision. he has not tried to be in the girls lives for years.
