I'm 30 and I haven't worked out since i was 23.. I also had a baby 2 years ago and gained 60lbs while pregnant, and haven't lost any of the baby weight :( I'm always exhausted after keeping after my toddler all day, and finding it hard to find the motivation to work out... I feel like if i don't do something soon I never will. and i don't want to pass on my laziness and poor eating habbits onto my daughter :\ Any ideas/ suggestions on where to start??
